I admit it... we totally cheated today. We were on the road from 7am until 7pm yesterday traveling over 200 miles. We ate every meal away from home. In hind site I feel bad that we didn't take the time to make sandwiches for the road or pack fruit to snack on for breakfast... but I would be lying if I didn't admit I really enjoyed allowing Bob Evans to cook the Crepes for me and a local dinner to bake the pizza to perfection. :)

Sometimes you just have to go for the pizza! Sounds like you did great overall! Great job!
ReplyDeleteThanks Tessa! It has been an adventure. I must admit we're totally over boxed foods at this point but we're trying to stick with the plan & use up what was in our cupboard. Although our pantry challenge will technically end January 31st, we'll still be eating down a few of those items for another week or so. :) Stay tuned, I'll be posting about our savings and what we learned at the end of the week. Thanks for stopping by!
